Please ensure that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, such as in the case of insufficient enrolment. The decision to do so is usually made a week before the start date of a course. If the course is cancelled by OxonLab/LibPubMedia Ltd, participants will be offered a full refund, date transfer or a credit voucher. However, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your place after enrolment, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. A sample cancellation letter will be sent to enrolled participants. A course can be cancelled up to 60 days before the start date. Any initial deposit is non-refundable, but the additional balance will be refunded in full minus an administration fee (minimum £42), any banking fees and exchange rate losses.
No refund will be given thereafter.
If a participant does not notify us of their intention to cancel their course attendance, they shall not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the reason(s) of cancellation, including medical and visa rejection, and will be legally liable for paying the full course fee demanded in their invoice.
If a participant is unable to attend due to their visa application being rejected, we may, at our discretion, refund the full balance of the enrolment fee any time, minus the initial non-refundable deposit, an administration fee (minimum £42), any banking fees and exchange rate losses. However, to qualify for a refund, the participant must notify us as soon as they receive the decision from the British consulate, but no later than 48 hours of the date of the decision received by them. The participant must also send us full documentation showing the decision of the British consulate and that they applied for their visa in good time for the course. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.
NB: Participants are strongly advised to be comprehensively insured at all times to cover all costs and consequences of medical treatment, repatriation, personal/public liability, personal injury/accident, damage/theft/loss of personal belongings, legal expenses, recovery of course fees, alternative accommodation and flights booked or needed in the event of cancellation or early departure howsoever occurring.
If cancellation of a course is caused due to a natural disaster, a disease epidemic or pandemic, industrial action, war, act of terrorism, or government order, legislation or advisory, the participants will be offered a full refund, date transfer or a credit voucher. However, OxonLab/LibPubMedia Ltd will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc. For overseas refunds, we may deduct any associated bank transfer fee and exchange rate losses.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a change in the course dates, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and offer them alternative dates. However, if they are unable to attend on new dates, we will refund any deposit and fee paid by the participant. However, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.
A participant may transfer/change their course date if they unable to attend on an initially booked date by paying a course date transfer fee of £120. However, a change in course dates is at our sole discretion and is subject to availability. The participant must inform us of any changes in writing (for example, by emailing oxonlab.courses@gmail.com) at least 30 days before the course start date. All deposits and course payments are non-refundable. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.
